Click the “Change Password” menu in the vertical navigation bar to access the function.
To change the password, users will perform the following steps:
Step 1
Enter the correct values for the following fields.
Enter current password.
Enter new password.
Enter again new password.
Step 2
Click “Confirm” button -> Redirect to the “Validate changes” tab.
Note: If you forget your current account password, click "Forgot Password" to issue a new password as stated in Item 3. Forgot Password.
Step 3
On the “Validate changes” tab, the system automatically sends an OTP to the seller's account registration email.
Enter that code in the box below to complete it.
Step 4
Click the “Continue” button -> Redirect to the “Completed” tab.
Step 5
On the “Completed” tab, display a message of a successful password change.
Click the “Finish” button 🡪 Complete the password-changing process and return to the Login screen (users will perform a login with a new password).
Note: To make your account more secure, you should not share your password to anyone. Payment gateway does not ask you to provide your password for any reasons.
