Reset Password

At the Login screen, click "Forgot Password" to access the function.

Step 1

• Enter the email that the user used to register the account.

Step 2

• Click the “Continue” button. (+) The system checks the input value. (+) If the input value is valid (email is valid and it was used for registration) and when you click the “Continue” button, you will be redirected to the “Enter the security code” screen.

Step 3

• The system will send an OTP to the email entered in step 1.

• The user checks email and enters the code in the box on the "Enter the security code" screen.

Step 4

• Click “Continue” button.

  (+) The system checks the input value.

  (+) If the input value is valid (correct and valid OTP code) and when you click the “Continue” button, you will be redirected to the “Change password” screen.

• Note:

  (+) The OTP is only valid for 5 minutes after it is sent to the recipient's email and can be used only once.

  (+) To retrieve a new OTP code, click "Click here" 🡪 The system will send a new OTP code to your email.

Step 5

• Enter your new password. Re-enter your new password.

• Note: Entered password in both fields must be the same.

Step 6

• Click the “Finish” button 🡪 A new password has been created successfully and return to the login screen.
